Seemingly related to a progression or sequence with the glyphs 秂 first as adult males, 委 next as the group of females, and finally 季 as the very young, the ENDING STAGE OF PROGRESSION and in the case of these elements, a sexually transmittable disease infecting an entire tribe of early humans, one group at a time. When the「children have gonorrhea」(a disease that causes sterility) either acquired congenitally or after birth due to sexual contact, one can bet that the tribe is at the ENDING STAGE OF PROGRESSION before dying out altogether.
　On a morbid note, elements as「head」or「repeatedly」with「gangrenous yellowish green-black and pulpy flesh」if the gangrene returns repeatedly after treatment or amputation, then the sufferer is likely IN THE ENDING STAGE OF PROGRESSION, near death.
　Perhaps depicts the「one full cycle of grain plants」that presumes to includes all FOUR SEASONS. Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
