「Meat pile」with「one」and「naked human buttocks」clearly will THWART, IMPEDE, INHIBIT whatever any single individual is「about to do」with that「one, rod meat with naked human buttocks」since it is difficult to focus one's attention upon the task at hand whilst fending off a whole host of others striving to take one's place with that available naked human buttocks.
　「Buttocks, piling on」is suggestive of a Mongolian clusterfuck, a condition highly desired by many (if not all clients) but soon to become an out-of-control free-for-all—providing free services to all involved due to the inability to perform necessary accounting functions is not what kept the shaman in business, not to mention that it risked causing serious and irreparable harm to her service-providing herd of meat assets, endangering her future revenue stream. Hence, TO PREVENT SOMEONE FROM STARTING AN ACTION to IMPEDE, INHIBIT, OPPOSE, THWART, OBSTRUCT. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
