　「Rancid human male and erection in dis-integrated foot」describes the「efforts, power, strength」of the local administration to locate the source of an infection discovered within the brothels, someone who had breached the security systems and inspection gateways or jumped the patrolled walls surrounding that town quarter, conducting a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. Obviously, in order to conduct such an investigation, specific records were required to be maintained at the gateways and by the shaman proprietresses operating both brothels and treatment clinics, leading to the birth of journals, ledgers, client billing records, time keeping, auditing, and ultimately the accounting profession (not a joke. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
