「Prepare for use, buckle up with raised rod」to FIDDLE WITH, FINGERING a rod.「Using talented hands」with「prepubescent girl's orifice」as FINGERING…and meaning TO DRAW BACK AND FORTH as when FIDDLING WITH something (the action of moving the bow across violin strings at various rates of speed, for example), and, TO USE FINGERTIPS for grasping, to DEFEAT EASILY…, TWIDDLING as in to twirl or rotate fingertips quickly with a light touch around something, such as the clitoris or glans penis. Being UNCOOPERATIVE or REBELLIOUS is suggestive of a gentle warm-up technique used by a client when the service provider is in a sullen mood, or sulking for some reason, or the service provider servicing herself obviously being UNCOOPERATIVE or REBELLIOUS in violation of the shaman's rules for sex slaves or the eunuch's orders. Note that aggressively pinching or firmly 'nipping the bud' of any sort of tissue with numerous vascular spaces that may become engorged with blood is not a best practice for stimulating ardor, generally, but might rather be within the realm of painful disciplinary actions instead when UNCOOPERATIVE or REBELLIOUS…or conversely, to DEFEAT EASILY if performed with a gentle touch.
To DRAW LOTS refers both to taking a chance, but formerly to discerning the will of a deity, or in the first cases of religious use for discerning the will of one's divine service provider…if engaging multiple orifices simultaneously, it has been reported that the perineum may then be stimulated by gentle pinching, nipping between the thumb tip and fingertip(s) to DEFEAT EASILY any notion of non-cooperation, moreover, to easily divine her will at the moment. INGENUITY and SOPHISTICATION intended with the understanding of using talented hands divinely with a prepubescent girl's orifice(s) of one type or another, noting that SOPHISTICATION means「to cause to become less natural, especially to make less naive and more worldly, to make impure, adulterate, to make more complex or inclusive」

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment
(see 籒 for that)
and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language.
If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system.
Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is!
Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up.
No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
This site describes glyph meanings, not people.
These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language?
Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?
By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs,
you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary.
This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
