Consider for a moment how it is possible that copulatory action can be accomplished successfully from any other physical position relative to the spurting shaft. Nonetheless,「spurts, spurting stance」with「meat reaming」as copulation does not fully address all the given external meanings—if the shaft spurts at any time FOR A LONG TIME, PRIOR TO, BEFORE, IN ADVANCE, AHEAD OF the reaming insertion, then the copulation fails, naturally, both for purposes of conception and satisfaction (one name for this phenomenon of failure is 'premature ejaculation').
