「Liege lord's service provider」with regard to her「crotch」will be UNDER CONTROL of many overseers as a WISE and SHREWD policy to prevent the spread of any illnesses or infections to the liege lord's privates.「Public servant with government crotch」as HARD, TIGHT, FIRMLY controlled may have been just the normal day-to-day activity of ancient Chinese public servants.
　A「guard maintaining his distance from orifices and crotch」of a beautiful concubine of the lord or a princess may become HARD and TIGHT, and not jumping on the orifice indicates being UNDER CONTROL, WISE and SHREWD to avoid unwanted personal repercussions.
