The「power associated with a penis engulfed and bound in flesh like a maggot」or the「power associated with a penis bound and bursting with sperm (the maggots, as it were) in semen」or the「power associated with a penis engulfed and bound within the flesh sheath and night soil of a child」: that is, a SUDDEN, BLASTING GUSH like that of a comet, a meteor striking and burying itself into soil, and so forth. Note that comets most generally sport two tails, one consisting mainly of clouds of vapor and fluids, and the other consisting mainly of detritus, suggesting dual access with ejaculated emissions, first in the vagina and/or mouth, and next within the anus of a child, respectively.
