Weep means to exude drops of a fluid, such as when crying tears, but not only then.「Flow from loose and dripping meat」are FLUIDS WEEPING from a wound or pore that GLISTENS and SHINES may also cause crying tears as a person realizes that the infection has worsened. Literally,「flow covering loose and dripping meat」that WEEPS from a wound and later forms a scab, a flow difficult to comprehend, mysterious.
Perhaps refers to CLEANING A FESTERING WOUND OR INJURY, CURING A FAILING OR DEFECT which you have been unable to correct by yourself with other means. By allowing the maggots to GORGE UPON the putrid flesh the wound can begin to heal (see replacement glyph 涓,「flowing with larvae」):
