「Spreading wide and penetrating, to stud, to mount, to squeeze until dry and all fluid is gone」with「king, royally」needs no explanation as BONDAGE, likely with some hollering, perhaps in one of those swinging harnesses depicted in Chinese erotic art. Once a subject is tied, bound and fastened, another「person can do it all completely」「using hands and entering like a lord.」「Disordered entry」in that case may refer to the perpetrator's mind more than other physical conditions in the surroundings, but「examining a flesh seam at shoulder level with entry of taut erection」(another element combination of this glyph) does seem much more plausible when the object of desire is trussed up in a harness at any adjustable level above the floor whilst suspended from a rafter (see those erotic Chinese paintings for details).
