Meanings of elements
MALE with SERVICE PROVIDER
…or: ROD HEAD with SERVICE PROVIDER
…or: PERSON REPEATEDLY BOBBING HEAD of APPENDAGE SPEWING VENOM
…or: ROD HEAD SLIDING with PENIS REPEATEDLY
「Rod head with concubine」「man with service provider」may cause portions to be TRANSFORMED involuntarily, a change that occurs in both his heads after being CHARMED, ENCHANTED, BEWITCHED by the possibilities of his snake being charmed, raising itself due to the skillful touch of a beautiful vixen as sex rears its ugly head, again.
A change intended to IMPROVE…perhaps referring to the dynastic Chinese practice of dis-integrating the feet of a young girl in order to make her more sexually useful (but also sitting most of the time for the remainder of her life):
「Viewing women as commodities [see ] was also made customary from Song Dynasty (960 - 1279) forward, both in the suddenly expanded labor market and within relationships. Men could sell their female kin to slavery or prostitution, and frequently did.」

As depicted in erotic Chinese art, men in dynastic China masturbated by wrapping no-longer-integrated feet around an erect penis ostensibly to lower the risk of contracting a sexually transmissible disease or infection that often occurred when performing coitus within some sort of mucous membrane system of a female service provider, and, to gain hand-control over the pressure applied to the foot meat surrounding a weakened penis that functioned as a living cockring:「Women, their families, and [her owner] took great pride in tiny feet, with the ideal length, called the 'Golden Lotus,' being about 7 cm (2.75 inches) long. …The process was started before the arch of the foot had a chance to develop fully, usually between the ages of 2 and 5. …Bound feet were once considered intensely erotic in Chinese culture. …Qing Dynasty sex manuals listed 48 different ways of playing with women's bound feet.」

「In traditional Chinese medicine, there has never been a mental disease called pedophilia (or an equivalent term), or homosexuality, or most of the other so-called sexual variations for that matter. …Children are usually described as natural sexual beings and erotic stimulation and sex-play are seen as beneficial to their healthy development.」

「Male person with sitting service provider」as a permanent TRANSFORMATION, a CONVERSION from one form to another. A change that occurs in a person who was once able to stand, but afterward can only sit for the most part, a change undertaken for the purpose of becoming CHARMING and ENCHANTING, BEWITCHING (all meaning 'magical, divine power' in one sense or another).

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary. This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
