中国の文献では、非JIS字形「𠫔」は「才能のある腕（手付き）」（肱）の古い構成要素形であり、「才能のある肉が腕で勃起する」ことを意味すると説明されています。
「ゆるくて滴り、臭い」を伴う「手」は、肘、つまり、仕事をするために筋力を使って手作業を行う際に曲がる腕の部分、および、脇の下、上腕二頭筋から発生する汗が滴り落ちる作業部位のことです。「ゆるくて滴り、臭い」を伴う「手」を握る腕は、上腕二頭筋を使って曲げる際に通常曲げられ、一連の素早い反復的な相互けいれん運動を伴うことがよくあります。「1つの柔らかい頭」などの構成要素。緩んで滴っている手は、最近上腕二頭筋（少なくとも片方の腕と手首）を鍛えたことを示唆しています。他の説明は直感的に明らかで、俗に「バグパイピング」と呼ばれています。言うまでもなく、「柔らかい竿の先端に緩んで滴っている手」の丸い形です。

Chinese sources describe the non-JIS glyph 𠫔 as an old elemental form of「talented arm (with hand)」(肱), resulting in「erection in talented meat with arm.」
　「Hand」with「loose and dripping, stinky」as ELBOW, the portion of one's arm that bends when manual action is applied using one's muscle power to get a job done, and the spot where sweat often drips from when working that originates in the UNDERARMS, BICEPS. An arm with a「hand」grasping「loose and dripping stink」will normally itself be bent while using and flexing the BICEPS, often in a series of quick and repeated reciprocal jerking motions. Elements as「one tender head」now loose and dripping also suggest recent exercise of the biceps (of at least one arm and wrist). Other explanations are intuitively obvious, known in the vernacular as BAGPIPING. Needless to point out is the ROUND SHAPE of a「hand loose and dripping on a tender rod head.」

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
