Emphasis on「erection」with「bougie reaming and surround by loincloth」in order to extract and contain the continuous discharges, and no more partying due to contracting an illness, hence one must RETURN HOME and BE BLAMED.
　Marker stroke with「erection」means「to follow, in pursuit」and probably needs no further explanation than to point out the same elements are also the left side of「on fire burning, flaming hot」(火). Right element of「hand surrounding loincloth」meaning「subdue」and a flaming erection that has been subdued may then RETURN HOME, often something that RESULTS IN an occasion of BEING BLAMED.
　Some sources say the right element is a「mop, broom」apparently located in a servant's hands who is following in pursuit behind the master and「mopping」up vomitus, diarrhea, or other excretions, and therefore the whole glyph depicts the master [eventually] RETURNING HOME after a night of partying, gambling, and romping in the caverns of the singing girls and indulging in wine, greasy puppy nuggets, and barbequed scorpion tails.
　Left element of「pursue, follow」literally meaning to chase after folks with dis-integrated feet (who do not flee very fast, remember).
　Still other scholars say that the right element represents a wife (…similar to any you have ever known?) as someone who could「subdue」others to assume control of a drunken husband out carousing until the wee hours of the morning by following his ass and striking him repeatedly about the ears, neck, head, shoulders and groin with a broom, giving the word「reaming」new meaning.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of bored old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
