「Both hands spread wide with harsh criticism」suggests BEGGING FOR MERCY.「Big, many objections」heard from a friend trying to dissuade someone from doing something really stupid, such as the「intent to place both hands in one's orifice」or「thinking of using that oversized dildo」and so on. Having「both hands in dog puke or pussy vomitus」is suggestive of a low-quality situation in which some pity and assistance would likely be appreciated…who can't understand that?
