「Spawning cuts」suggests some problem needing ANALYSIS that has spawned an AUTOPSY, DISSECTION. Fundamental meaning of this glyph seems to be cut up into component pieces anatomically, DISSECT a body, ANALYZE something after it has been cut into pieces.
　Elements「spawn, spurt, squirting」including「standing swelled erection」and「orifice」with「reaming, cut」that suggests use of a bougie inserted within the glans meatus while treating a gonorrheal infection. Apparently, the parts of the anatomy to be cut up to find out what makes them tick, or made them sick, are the reproductive organs,「cut up and spit out」from the carcass each of these individual pieces for ANALYSIS.「Bloated, swelled, infected」「objects, parts」「sliced, cut」may have been ANALYZED by DISSECTION during an AUTOPSY to determine cause of death.
