「Deep feeling of not wanting to share」: right element of「palming and whacking」with「mouth or orifice」could refer to keeping others away from what one is grabbing or holding dearly, perhaps yelling at them to keep away or being yelled at to give it up. Refers to force applied by someone to get what is wanted from someone else unwilling to give it up. From both perspectives of holding something dearly, frugal, miserly (the person with the item), and, from the other person's perspective who wants the item, someone else being stingy, reluctant, and so on.「Intricate mouth」might also suggest a great deal of detailed persuasion is necessary to get something from someone else who does not want to give it up.
In any case, there is no doubt that the scenes depicted as「emission stream, deep feeling and covered with palm, intricate gentle strokes, with orifice」and meaning STINGY, NOT SHARING, BEING RELUCTANT TO SHARE, to HOLD DEAR TO ONESELF describes a female engaged in self-stimulation practices, and CLOSE-FISTED, TIGHTFISTED refers to a male.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it?
