If considered from the perspective of a wealthy and powerful master, the whole idea of sexual SLAVERY is「to enclose a man's taut erection in a mouth or some other sort of orifice.」And conversely, it goes without saying perhaps that an「adult male person wholly within an orifice」has been made a CAPTIVE of sorts, who 'might as well face it he's addicted to sex' as it were.
