Outer element is「cavernous」and internal element was「yellow, pus, pornographic」(廣) as WIDELY SPREAD, WIDESPREAD, EXTENSIBLE procedures that can be developed most anywhere, ever-spreading as does a foul-smelling cloud within a cave, or a highly contagious pathogen during a pandemic. In the Japanese version, only「caves of loose and dripping stench cloud」or「rancid erection(s)」spreading everywhere as the proliferating business model used by shamans for franchising caves of wonder in the chain store age within their allotted locale: chaining service providers by dis-integrating their feet and chaining clients with addictions to short-term rentals of highly skilled sex machines.
