Meanings of elements
PENIS IN USE
…or: PENIS in MEAT
…or: PENIS within the GATEWAY
[Elements vary with font] Perhaps「in-use penis」to cause a SUDDEN DISCHARGE. As「penis meat」or more specifically,「penis within meat」that may ejaculate a DISCHARGE as well, recalling that the「meat」referenced here may have belonged to ewe.「Penis within closed gateway」is suggestive of a SUDDEN DISCHARGE with a THUNDEROUS HOLLERING. Perhaps related to the「voice of the gods」since the glyph refers to THUNDER and LIGHTNING, and VOICES WITH TRUMPETING.「Penis meat」may refer to the son of heaven demigod DRAGON EMPEROR of China, infamous for his vast harem of virginal 'flowers' as his「penis meat.」
DUMP, LEAVE BEHIND AND FLEE immediately after doing the deed, or, due to a great passing of flatulence from the rump (「tail」) area, creating a THUNDEROUS NOISE, again caused by passing a SUDDEN DISCHARGE, in this case of pent-up pressure as it escapes past a tightened set of sphincter muscles, causing the familiar trumpeting sound and olfactory displeasure.
See Chinese erotic art depicting THE SWING harness and how someone swinging generated huge DISCHARGES. A bit more than a piece of child's playground equipment: a type of leather harness suspended from above that held a person by the legs behind each knee in a position where not much movement was possible. With the knees up by the armpits and torso lowered into this SWING, the groin was naturally pulled wide open and could not be closed by the occupant. Very little effort was needed to move laterally for long periods as a male(s) penetrated various wide-open orifices from the front and rear, or a bevy of service providers plied their skills upon an immobile patron. See 'leather with emphasis on open crotch' (靫) that means 'to quiver' that suggests there may have been a waiting line of willing occupants wanting to climb into the swing for a long ride.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how seemingly bad our human existence is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or could they have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any lexicon. This site explains multiple meanings of glyphs ignored or censored by other sources, generally as being too embarrassing to admit today.
