An inability to make morally and socially acceptable decisions leading to「intense burning sensation, inflammation」due to contracting a disease that causes everyone, including family, to SHUN the sufferer, GAMBLING with one's life in exchange for temporary dopamine rushes.

Refers to a person unable to cleverly conceal psychopathic traits and behavior, so everyone including family members run away from him or her as they cover their buttocks orifice with both hands while hollering for assistance at the top of their lungs.
