Could be a meeting or an assembly of members with a new catch as some fresh meat. Could be a meeting or an assembly of serfs discussing the planning of terraced slope rice fields. But most likely it's a bonobo-style group meeting.
It might help to be aware of the various meanings before analyzing these elements. In Chinese (會): DUAL ACCESS TO BOTH SIDES, DOUBLE-ENTRY ACCOUNTING, to be ACCOUNTABLE, a MOMENT, be POSSIBLE, be ABLE TO, be SURE TO DO, COMING TOGETHER, an ASSEMBLY, to MEET, to GATHER, to WITNESS, a UNION, GROUP, an ASSOCIATION. Also in Japanese: PARTY, CLUB, an UNDERSTANDING, to INTERVIEW. What elements could possible apply to all these different meanings? depicts「in front of person(s)」and「markers within side-by-side orifices」pointing to the wall in the middle, and「tonguing mouth, holler」depicting a union, club, or group of people witnessing a someone taking insertions simultaneously in both orifices for a one-time-only deflowering experience as one side meets the other. Japanese elements of the replacement glyph are「person and two loose and dripping, short legs.」Also meaning PERINEUM as the barrier wall of muscle and tissue between the vaginal and anus.
「In traditional Chinese medicine, there has never been a mental disease called pedophilia (or an equivalent term), or homosexuality, or most of the other so-called sexual variations for that matter. …Children are usually described as natural sexual beings and erotic stimulation and sex-play are seen as beneficial to their healthy development.」

Then again, it could simply be a depiction of a violation of Robert's Rules of Order, due to the「muck orifice」entry occurring prior to that of the「tonguing mouth with something to say about it.」

Unihan extended: (non-classical form of 會) to meet; to assemble, to co-operate, a society; a guild; an association

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how seemingly bad our human existence is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or could they have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any lexicon. This site explains multiple meanings of glyphs ignored or censored by other sources, generally as being too embarrassing to admit today.
