「That」time of the「month」「that meat」or「my meat monthly」as the menstrual PERIOD or CYCLE. The EXPECTATION of, ANTICIPATED OCCURRENCE, and even HOPING for this particular time of the month was common among concubines who were the「possessions of meat」owned by a master, since it indicated that the person was not pregnant. Reference to「that meat is mine」annually may be associated with once-per-year events, such as commemorating one's wedding anniversary, or may be an assumption, a modern definition. Today, refers to most any possible length of time, such as a week, day, hour, season…therefore thinking only 'month' may be grossly misleading. Nonetheless,「a given with month, meat」does seem to address MENSTRUATION, but「a possible option with meat」indicates that it may not be the first choice, albeit still a choice nonetheless.
