Counting heads of cabbage: prior to eating cabbage, particularly Chinese cabbage, during preparation the outer flaccid leaves are normally pulled down and away to expose the inner hard greenish-white head, skinning them back in the same manner that the foreskin of a penis might also be adjusted during preparation prior to 'eating,' or in order to obtain「results, succeed in doing」when「plugging an orifice with the woody.」The flaccid cabbage leaves are not generally removed immediately, since they make a fine handle for grasping while manipulating the crisp, taut head, and are used to rewrap any unused portion until the next needed use. Note that in Asia, male circumcision was and is not widely practiced. Generally, felled trees as timber are also skinned, debarked prior to use.
