「Raw prick head from array of new concubines with stuff gushing out and streaming, tense gasps」describes all parties, newly deflowered concubines and the lord-master-owner himself, all DROOPY, in DELICATE CONDITION, SENSITIVE to any touch and PAINFUL. Also a situation that will create a DANGER OF GIVING BIRTH if any of the new females conceived due to this event, which was more than likely, since the eunuchs may not have had sufficient time to organize and classify the new arrivals after determining the menstrual cycle of each concubine (if she was sufficiently mature to menstruate).
