「Person with face on rod and loose」: a puppet is controlled by a person, the puppeteer, and imitates, moves, talks as if possessing the spirit of a human being…traditional Chinese PUPPETS were controlled from below by「rods in reciprocal motions」and not hanging strings as was more common in the West. Other meanings may refer to the performances, or fear of a witch, demon, ogre and so on, or to the size of the shadow cast on a vertical sheet by a puppet in front of a light source and the magnification of all its movements, a common method of puppeteering in the past. GIGANTIC suggested by「boss' rod with copulation loose dripping and stinky」that also implies a small youthful puppet-like person「controlled from below by rod in reciprocal motions.」Motions that are GRAND, STRANGE, EXOTIC and CONTROLLED AS IS A PUPPET seems to refer to a person his hands on the head of with an old woman in need of some quick cash, noting that in the old days, not many old women had any teeth left in their mouth, since modern dentistry techniques just were not as available as they are today:「person's face on rod with loose dripping stink.」
