「Strange emergence」of some sort. Describes an unusually shaped PENINSULA, CAPE, or OUTCROP with big possibilities. Anatomically, a PROMONTORY is any sort of projecting part from a larger body. The geographic shapes of all the given meanings have one thing in common: a phallic shape surrounded by fluids, a「glans with standing erect possibilities.」
