「Grinding, trapped, cavity with two sets of lips」and「soil, shit, feces」combined with「weapon, stretched skin in crotch, tools of one's trade」is suggestive of double-dipping in an improper sequence by accessing the vaginal cavity subsequent to anal action, causing DAMAGE, HARM, RUINATION, and so on.
　Possibly refers to psychopaths who enjoy slowly DESTROYING and DAMAGING the reputations other folks by creating lies and stories of LIBEL, SLANDER, used as a「weapon」rumors and gossip that slowly「grind」the truth into mincemeat and replace it with concocted fantasy—stories of alleged sexual misconduct remain today the type folks most enjoy gossiping about and listening to, such as spreading the rumor that someone enjoys deliberately double-dipping in the wrong order so that no one will copulate with the subject person (most any other conduct in the good old days might not have been repulsive).
