Or, refers to burying the unused portions (if any) of many hogs after slaughtering under a mound of dirt to keep the flies and putrid stench down, a sort of「swine grave」that worked the same way for the unused portions (if any) of human being carcasses…「the secret is in the sauce」sort of thing.
