　「Self-fellating with feces」as COPROPHAGIA suggests that coprophilous ingestion of fecal material can, and sometimes does, get out of hand. Colonization of the upper gastrointestinal tract by E. coli bacterial strains carries the risk often of a FATAL CONDITION due to peritonitis, septicemia, meningitis, gastroenteritis, and is not merely a cause of chronic halitosis and brown staining that appears between the teeth. Perhaps the source of the English epithet,「eat shit and die」(some sources tag on「mo'-fo'」to this epithet). A few have suggested that among humans, coprophagia is symptomatic of mental illness (瘼), although it's OK for flies. Moreover, opium and its derivatives, natural or synthesized, ought to be avoided for recreational use.
