「Successful speech」must be SINCERE. Certainly to「become」what you have already「spoken」is being SINCERE, and if repeated often enough, sincerity will build TRUST and CONFIDENCE. But perhaps there is a stronger example than mere「words」that「become complete.」…some people speak lies with trumpery, after all, even while swearing to truthfulness (isn't that ridiculous?) and if repeated often enough, will be sincerely believed by dupes.
