It is difficult to associate any of the given meanings with an actual field of soil or a paddy, especially since virtually all of the initial terraced fields were different shapes based upon the contours of each hillside, and with variations in size and slope on any single hill…so, nearly every field would have been unbalanced, abnormally shaped, and irregular without being crippled, strange, unusual, or out of the ordinary…moreover, folks did not build rice paddies inside cities or towns.
　Moreover, a muck-filled bodily orifice that is used for plugging publicly would necessarily extend internally, hence if consisting of a strange shape, no one would know unless having ventured into that very corkscrew shaped cavity.
　Consequently, these elements are more likely referring to「plugging a public-use muck orifice in a strange or weird manner」due to the decrepit condition of one's tool, being crippled, lopsided, out of balance as a result of a gonorrhea infection most likely contracted in the WALLED AND GATED WITH LIMITED ACCESS PROSTITUTION DISTRICT of a city.
