The places where「fluid is everywhere」depicts a POND, POOL, CISTERN. Perhaps suggesting that the same fluids are recirculating in one locale, and not constantly changing water such as in a river or the ocean.「Fluids with bent penis in vertical motion rolled in a no-longer-integrated foot」to create POOLING on the cave o' wonders floor, within the feet of the service providers, and so on. MOATS and CISTERNS contain stagnant often stinky fluids, no flows. A POND and a RESERVOIR also do not replenish by flowing fluids, generally:「fluid with rod and wincing, squinting」describe a condition of needed release of one's prostate reservoir, perhaps involuntarily discharging the accumulation slowly and relentlessly, pooling in a codpiece poultice.
