　Plainly, another likely interpretation of「raised rod, emerging sheathed shaft of green, bound in netting on all sides around evening activity」or「infected meat with emphasis on both sides」is a description of a very sick person who is only able to FANTASIZE and DAYDREAM, no longer able to realize, cannot do much in reality, no way to really do (that is, not merely imagined) his WISHFUL THINKING DESIRES as a result of a horrific condition caused by sexually transmitted infection. Reduced to all that remains being an UNREAL ILLUSION.
