Meanings of elements
FLUIDS at 3:00 A.M. TO 5:00 A.M.
…or: FLUIDS with SHAMAN
…or: FLUIDS with FEAR and RESPECT FOR THE DIVINE, DIVAS
…or: FLUIDS with TIGRESS, REVERENCE DUE TO DURESS
…or: CALM PREFERENCE for WELL-OILED, GREASED CAUSE OF EXTRACTION in MUCK SLURRY ORIFICE with TURBULENT VAST SURGING EMISSIONS
「Fluid flow with shaman」: since the dawn of time, the world's greatest DRAMATIC ACTING in a PERFORMANCE has continuously been professional sexual services providers faking orgasms as 'when hairy met salacious.'
「Fluid flows at 3-5 a.m.」Obviously refers to PRACTICING…and perhaps some DRAMATIC ACTING in a PERFORMANCE.
「Flow, fluid」of「tiger, tigress」(in the Chinese zodiac), a royal beast in China: presumably a tigress can rove as she wishes, such as the flowing motions of some DRAMATIC acting PERFORMANCE. Tigers do have a tendency to pace back and forth, zig-zagging in the wild while stalking prey to escape notice, but especially when caged, similar to being on a stage as do ACTORS, ACTRESSES while roaring out REHEARSED DIALOGUE, SPEECHES before an audience as part of a staged PERFORMANCE, such as a service provider acting when begging a client for whatever during work-in-progress.
「Flowing with fearful respect」as a concubine schtupping (ejaculation into a birth canal or other attainable orifice) with her owner-lord and trying her best to make sure he feels she is pleased with his performance with some DRAMATIC ACTING of her own. Also likely is a「fluid flow」caused by extreme fear, diarrhea when spotting a tiger, and trepidation anxiety anticipating a visit to the witchdoctor's clinic for a bougie reaming session. Perhaps this glyph is the reason for the English description of a doctor PRACTICING medicine, also at times a dramatic acting performance.
「Fluids of tigress, shaman」referring to mucus and a DRAMATIC ACTING PERFORMANCE when selling copulatory services, to every client from serf to lord. EVOLVE as in to become better and more proficient, DEVELOPING talent with each PRACTICE as it may refer to the shaman's marketing objectives, and to someone pretending while on stage, acting as are all the shaman's service providers as ACTRESSES speaking REHEARSED DIALOGUE.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how seemingly bad our human existence is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or could they have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any lexicon. This site explains multiple meanings of glyphs ignored or censored by other sources, generally as being too embarrassing to admit today.
