「Terraced slope」holding many rice paddies with a「small stream of water」becoming「conspicuous」and then a「small stream」once more as it seeps into the ground or a lower rice paddy. Perhaps flowing water that indicates a RIFT, CRACK in the bedrock that allows groundwater to escape and flow in a pattern that weaves in and out of the rock surface, meaning LOOPHOLE, DISCORD, GAP or an INTERVAL of discontinuity, a TIGHT CRACK or CREVASSE, SPLIT, SMALL OPENING that indicates a CHANCE, OPPORTUNITY to locate a source of drinkable water.
