「Movements with many emissions」are often considered to be MERITORIOUS DEEDS, DISTINGUISHED SERVICE of a service provider as「smoking effort」as are「efforts to warm and educate the helpless」while being on fire and burning emotionally and causing change, inciting arousal, stirring to action perhaps to make the world a better place.
More than likely also refers to the ability of a service provider to stir a client into action, and become smokin' again.
Some have suggested「movement with fire」(moving smoke and heat into food) or「important fire power」each to describe cooking food and killing harmful microorganisms and parasites within the flesh, and also the smoke-curing process as a great ACHIEVEMENT, the「influence of fire」as it refers to slowly burning a fragrant plant (such as mesquite or hickory) with low heat to produce smoke, or「cured, smoked with power, efforts」together depicting the MERIT, ACHIEVEMENT produced by「efforts to smoke and cure foods」both from a taste standpoint, and as a way to preserve the food for long-term use. Before the days of refrigeration, this was truly a great advancement for all of society and an outstanding ACHIEVEMENT to prevent starvation and provide a steady supply of calories, protein, and nutrition while on long treks and in the winter, or anytime hunting was curtailed.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
