Given meanings suggest placing something in water, yet the elements are most likely「alcohol, wine」and 「cannabis, herbs」(not referring to a grape vineyard). Cannabis resin does not dissolve in water, but will readily dissolve in alcohol to create a finer beverage. Adding ginseng and other herbs to the batch will yield traditional「root medicine」and mellow the astringency of all the added herbs (to be administered in small doses only).
