Glyph elements  [ Toggle Font ]

Meanings of elements
emphasis on NEEDLE, TWISTING, ROTATING in MEAT
…or: SCREWING emphasized within SPREAD LEGS with RODS and/or ORIFICES
…or: SCREWING emphasized with MOONING MEAT IN USE
With「emphasis on a needle twisting and rotating in meat」is appears to describe USE FOR THE FIRST TIME of a bougie reamer in an attempt to remove scar tissue from the urethra ONLY AFTER, NOT UNTIL contracting gonorrhea, JUST BARELY ABLE TO endure the pain, fortunately this being ONLY A TEMPORARY ACTION after a FATHER visits the nearby cave o' wonders.
「Screwing (emphasized)」with「in use」as a「rod reciprocating within flesh, meat」to mean one's FATHER, to USE FOR THE FIRST TIME, only a TEMPORARY situation to START USING, but ONLY AFTER, NOT UNTIL ready willing and able to be tutored. See any glyph meaning 'daughter' for details. JUST BARELY ABLE TO insert and begin use of rod screwing in meat, father using for the first time, and so on.
「Like humans but unlike chimps and most other animals, bonobos separate sex from reproduction. They seem to treat sex as a pleasurable activity, and they rely on it as a sort of social glue, to make or break all sorts of relationships. 'Ancestral humans behaved like this,' proposes Frans de Waal, an ethologist at the Yerkes Regional Primate Research Center at Emory University. 'Later, when we developed the family system, the use of sex for this sort of purpose became more limited, mainly occurring within families [i.e., incest]. A lot of the things we see, like pedophilia and homosexuality, may be leftovers that some now consider unacceptable in our particular society.' 」

「In traditional Chinese medicine, there has never been a mental disease called pedophilia (or an equivalent term), or homosexuality, or most of the other so-called sexual variations for that matter. …Children are usually described as natural sexual beings and erotic stimulation and sex-play are seen as beneficial to their healthy development.」

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how seemingly bad our human existence is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or could they have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any lexicon. This site explains multiple meanings of glyphs ignored or censored by other sources, generally as being too embarrassing to admit today.
