　「Self, frontal lobe of brain」merged with「divided internally」again seems to describe two brains within one body: a PREGNANT woman, a person with an obvious APPEARANCE, with her「stream of fluids, blocked」as a likely reference to the amniotic sac water that is capable of bursting and releasing a stream of fluid,「divided internally」as a reference to the separate human being growing within her, with the most striking feature being her large and protruding abdomen and umbilicus. Normally, an enlarged PREGNANT woman must necessarily be reminded of her condition and constantly think about it in her「cerebral frontal lobe repeatedly」and especially the「stream sliding down」that starts the birthing process that was the main cause of death for a woman until very recently.
　Maintaining SOCIAL POSITION is something we all think about in our「cerebral frontal lobe repeatedly」with a particular bent toward anti-social media. 　Newborn human babies (that is, a「body of meat recently discharged from a pregnant abdomen」) also have little bone matter, as a much larger percentage of what later becomes bone is in fact cartilage at birth to enable an easier delivery and prevent bone breaks early on, and later this tissue calcifies into normal bone (let's hope the MEAT from a pregnant woman has nothing to do with early humans being cannibals…but it may, it may).
