A「brook」is defined as a SMALL NATURAL STREAM, often but not always containing a「flow of fluids with larvae.」
　「Flow of fluids with meat orifice」such as mucus, ejaculate, or lymph. Male humans normally sport a pair of bulbourethral glands that are about the size of a pea and located near the base of the penis. When the SELECTION of a mating partner is intended and sexual stimulation occurs physically and/or mentally, the bulbourethral glands secrete a drop or two of clear mucosal pre-ejaculatory fluid, often containing at least few leaked spermatozoa (the「larvae in the fluid flow」), known in the common parlance as「pre-cum」or「precum.」It is an excellent strategy to examine and sniff this fluid exuded by a mating partner prior to any physical engagement, since by doing so a current dose of gonorrhea or other sexually transmitted disease may be detectable by one's olfactory sense, which can influence the SELECTION of a mate. Moreover, if this fluid is not PURE and CLEAR, the internal glands are likely infected, so one's sense of sight also has an important role (CAUTION: do not attempt selection via the sense of taste at this point with one's「tonguing mouth」nonetheless, that degree of closeness is necessary in many cases). This strategy was originally referred to long ago as the exercise of common sense, that is, the senses that are common to most everyone and exercised for the purpose of avoiding trouble. 　WEEP means to exude drops of a fluid involuntarily as an expression of emotion, such as when crying tears, but also to cover a wound with a scab, SEROUS FLUID.「Flow from orifice in meat」are FLUIDS WEEPING from a wound or pore that GLISTENS and SHINES and likely also cause crying tears from pain and as a person realizes that the infection has worsened. Literally, a flow covering loose and dripping meat that WEEPS from a wound and later forms a scab, a flow difficult to comprehend, mysterious.
　「Flow of larvae」perhaps refers to CLEANING A FESTERING WOUND OR INJURY, CURING A FAILING OR DEFECT which you have been unable to correct by yourself with other means. By allowing the maggots to GORGE UPON the putrid flesh the wound can begin to heal. SEROUS FLUID also attracts flies…not only is it a quick and nutritious meal for the mother fly, but also is an ideal spot to lay her many maggots that can then begin feeding immediately, and, have ready-made entry into meat, greatly enhancing her brood's chances of survival:
