Mountain streams normally「flow intermittently」but fast with gushing flecks and splashing whitewater through valleys. Both sextillion and undecillion are rather LARGE COUNT of cardinal numbers by any standard, past or present, and by no means can be equated with the number of all mountains and their streams on the entire surface of planet Earth combined, a much smaller count by many orders of magnitude, but may suggest that the flows have occurred fairly often over the past history of the Earth, or 4.54 ± 0.05 billion years (4.54 × 10^9 years ± 1%).
Elements describe the「flow of fluids within rooms, gaps, intervals」and likely those rooms were/are in brothels where there was/is a「need for separation」and an「interval of time between use」with various clients…「fluids with the gateway gap」also suggests that these mountain streams are instead an obvious euphemism for「ejaculate from glans」: a 山「mountain-like shape, glans」flowing within valleys, 谷「emission with person's orifice」1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?
