　Perhaps depicts attempting to walk but unable to do so with much dexterity, given her feet condition, and therefore must take very dainty, small steps, causing her to appear to DAWDLE, LINGER, and to appear DIGNIFIED, SNOBBISH.
　Girls from the countryside who needed to actually work with a healthy body and not just the vaginal, anal, oral, or foot orifices did not consent to having their feet dis-integrated with a cudgel and wrapped tightly for life, and were considered coarse and crude, undignified.
