Chinese sources describe the non-JIS glyph 𠫔 as an old elemental form of「talented arm (with hand)」(肱) resulting in「meat in hand that is engorged, compressed, under pressure, overpowering, jostled」and therefore generates a so-called WATERFALL, a PLUME of spouting or spurting fluids cascading downward.
　Maybe a nice spot to wash clothes, bathe, and perhaps settle down to live is a RIVERBEND. If travelling by river or stream then it is time to stop and portage things in your boat. Portage in this case refers to pulling one's canoe out of the river, hoisting it upon shoulders and carrying it around a PLACE NEAR THE WATER where the river is too shallow, white-water rough, or with falls that cannot be traversed while paddling, a HINDRANCE, something that CAUSES A HALT, STOP. Note that the glyph 'procedure for dis-integrating feet' (止) also means CAUSES A HALT, STOP, and is a PLACE NEAR FLOWING FLUIDS of each client and the subsequent clean-up with water (see 水).

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else.
