「Body part, meat」as if someone being in great danger but facing it anyway, the GALL BLADDER, GUTS. The gall bladder is a non-vital organ that stores gall (or 'bile'), an extremely bitter substance that is nearly impossible to hold in one's mouth, so it is soon spat out and leaves a bad aftertaste for a long time.
Right element (「husband, lord, braggart, female role, fellating」) as「tongue in mouth off the floor」were formerly elements of「female squatting while fellating and looking upward in danger as the lord is on the verge」(related glyph) as a scene also akin to spewing the ejaculate from the sucker's mouth much like GALL. Being in an unavoidable and GALLING situation. Continuing to suck while the male is「on the verge」demonstrates AUDACITY, DARING, NERVE, and GUTS.「Meat with array of tonguing mouths」also requires NERVE, SPUNK since any one of those mouths may clench with teeth at any moment—note the original glyph's (膽) elements, 'meat in danger with oral intercourse copulation.'
The function of bile (gall) is to emulsify lipids and break down fat into smaller molecules during digestion, such as lipids in butter and cream.
Eating「meat at dawn」(literally, and not as a reference to oral sex) required AUDACITY, DARING, NERVE, and GUTS in the old days prior to modern refrigeration methods, since warm meat overnight has a tendency to spoil and/or breed bacteria and maggots if left unprotected (see 朝,「imbecile with meat」).

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
