Meanings of elements
MOTIONS of DIDDLING
…or: STEPS, FOOT MOTION and SWIMMING, FREELY MOVING, UNFETTERED, ROAMING, ROVING
…or: FOOT MOTION METHODS with PRONE PIECE OF MEAT, CHILD GEISHA, SPERM, ONE EJACULATION
「Motions and methods of diddling」(variant of ) and「motions and methods of a person prone with a child」are RELAXED and PLAYFUL activities (in some cases). 'diddling' refers to swindles and cheating others, to masturbation, jiggling and shaking rapidly, wasting time, intercourse with a woman, and to jerking something up and down for a while [ https://www.thefreedictionary.com/diddling ]
「Foot motions freely roaming, unfettered and unrestricted」as GOING or VISITING FOR PLEASURE, simply WANDERING.
「Foot motions and methods, person and a prone child」a meaning that needs no further explanation since most adults can overpower most children and do whatever comes to mind, particularly after purchasing the child as one's personal sex slave and performing「swimming leg and arm motions」with the child's no-longer-integrated foot, while RELAXING and otherwise IDLE, to ENJOY ONESELF:「Historical accounts from the 18th century indicate that adult-child sex (particularly same-sex pairings) were an accepted practice in China, Japan, Africa, Turkey, Arabia, Egypt, and the Islamic areas of India (Trumbach, 1977). In 19th century London the going price for a virginal, 12-year-old girl, of good background, was reported to be 400 pounds (Bullough, 1964).」

「Viewing women as commodities [see ] was also made customary…, both in the suddenly expanded labor market and within relationships. Men could sell their female kin to slavery or prostitution, and frequently did.」

「Bound feet were a mark of beauty…. The process was started before the arch of the foot had a chance to develop fully, usually between the ages of 2 and 5. …Qing Dynasty sex manuals listed 48 different ways of playing with women's bound feet.」
  [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foot_binding 2012-12-17 ]
「In traditional Chinese medicine, there has never been a mental disease called pedophilia (or an equivalent term), or homosexuality, or most of the other so-called sexual variations for that matter. …Children are usually described as natural sexual beings and erotic stimulation and sex-play are seen as beneficial to their healthy development.」

「Motions」of「scorplings from prone mother scorpion's back」refers to the playful activities of a brood of scorplings in a small area near the mother as she hunts and gathers food for them and herself. Scorplings are unable to fend for themselves, as in both defense and feeding, and for many months rely totally on the mother, so the movement of the scorplings is neither to hunt nor for defense (they are NOT WORKING), and resembles human childlike RELAXED and PLAYFUL activities as the scorplings enjoy exploring the world around them, confident of the protection and meals provided by mama.
Without a doubt, the Irish also have knowledge of their own to pass along in these trying times:「Masturbation will not spread coronavirus, especially if you wash your hands (and any sex toys) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after.」Nonetheless and regrettably, unlike in dynastic China, it must be undertaken alone to truly be a preventative countermeasure but still achieve the desired result with some degree of safety.

The Dutch, too have the same solution—it seems masturbation has become mainstream in the media the world over due to the coronavirus (it has always been 'the main stream' in reality, albeit covertly for most folks):
「'Don't have sex with your partner if they have been isolated because of (suspected) coronavirus infection,' the RVIM says. 'Sex with yourself or with others at a distance is possible (think of telling erotic stories, masturbating together).'」
  [ https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/may/15/dutch-official-advice-to-single-people-find-a-sex-buddy-for-lockdown-coronavirus 2020-05-16 ]
Needless to point out perhaps, but Chinese shamans from antiquity hit upon the same solution as a pandemic preventative countermeasure, honed for ultimate client satisfaction by utilizing naked females with no-longer-integrated feet as masturbatory sex buddies available for short-term rental with erotic visualization of live prepubescent female genitalia engaging in autoerotic stimulation herself, as a solution to the same problem facing us now, but in pre-Internet days.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...) Despite how bad the human world is today, do you actually believe that the so-called good old days were any better? Or they could only have been worse?

By the way, with a limited number of the same elements used by the sages again and again to form these glyphs, you should expect to find the same explanations again and again, as tedious as that may become, and as an inherent trait of any dictionary. This site explains the dual meanings of glyphs most often ignored by other sources that provide you with only the sanctioned definition, generally.
