Glyph contains the left half of the「gateway」element (門) that seems to be merged with「doorway, buttocks crack」(戸),「no-longer-integrated foot, painful tense gasping a long time」and「tonguing mouth」of a service provider, all indicative of the need for extreme TRUST and CONFIDENCE, the requisite DEPENDENCE UPON those addictive services offered, and MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY while NOT DISCLOSING the client's condition or his predilections to anyone. In particular, the「gateway buttocks crack and tense gasping for a long time」would necessitate TURNING AROUND ONE'S BODY, to turn the other cheek as it were.
　Original glyph (隱) indicates that the center element is「bougie reaming」(⺕), or「pulled out of shape with tool inserted」(彐). In either case, elements seem to be describing a case of implicit TRUST and CONFIDENCE in a person DEPENDED UPON while administering a medical procedure inside a patient's delicate zone. Replacement for 隱 meaning TO HOLD PERFECTLY STILL,「buttocks」「meat, grasped」「flesh seam, crafty」「hand holding bougie」with「spewing penis」which when put all together seems to describe a firm hold while reaming the meatus with a bougie during treatment of gonorrhea, and also perhaps an anal infection as TURN AROUND ONE'S BODY. Both glyph meanings indicate trusting a doctor providing services to MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY and NOT DISCLOSE the patient's condition to anyone, cooperating to conceal, hide, keep secret and hidden the true condition, by using encryption during any discussions.
　Perhaps unlikely but maybe not, if the center element is a「tonguing mouth」then it would appear to be a client who frequents a favored sexual services provider, someone TRUSTED, DEPENDED UPON, a person who has one's CONFIDENCE since anytime a penis is placed between two rows of sharp, mashing teeth, tragedy can result in an instant of gnashing.

If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles?
