Most「countries seeking to accomplish a task」attempt to keep their subjects in this same sort of muddled condition since it tends to reduce the urge to rebel against those human authority figures presently in control (dynastic China employed this political philosophy to the chagrin of both Confucius and Mencius). More to the point are the elements as「use of hands with dog penis enclosed in orifice and head in」to WHACK THE ANIMAL ON THE SIDE OF THE HEAD in the attempt to redirect the dog's attention, thereby facilitating the release of the animal's bulbus glandis and enable disengagement from a bitch's vagina: see 國 for details.
