「Thread with intense hand-over-hand wafting motion」and referring to the hand action of winding thread, or repeated PAWING-like or circular, STROKING hand motions, PETTING or GENTLY CARESSING hand over hand.「Threads」become more「intense」as they are WOUND, WINDING onto a SPOOL or REEL, yet the actions of the hands were likely the intended meaning and not the condition of the spool threads.
