「Flowing fluid」and「generations」suggests the obvious conclusion that some of the fluid LEAKED, resulting in conception.「The world of flowing fluids」to mean more specifically, LEAKING DISCHARGES (original glyph included「wood」: 渫). Substitute glyph (洩) seems more to the point though: right element is likely a depiction of「dragging dog away from orifice」or more likely something「dragged out of dog's orifice」and so the「fluid」here is LEAKAGE of the male dog's bodily fluids, be they saliva, or semen, or both, or worse. DRAW OUT OF or FROM is medical nomenclature used in reference to pus and infections, the DRIP, DRIP, DRIP of gonorrheal DISCHARGES.
　DRAW OUT OF or FROM also refers to separating a dog from a bitch after copulation and DRAWING OUT the dog's penis from the bitch's vagina. Canine males, the「dogs」are endowed with a very special penis, equipped with two glands located at the base of the shaft that engorge and harden upon erection, normally after penetration into the bitch's vaginal orifice. These locking bulbus glandis swell large enough to prevent the penis from being extracted from the bitch's vagina for quite some time, normally ten to fifteen minutes, give or take a few minutes, to allow the dog's semen sufficient time to get enough of a head start toward the bitch's ova that the male might actually sire some pups, rather than the next dick dog waiting to mount the same bitch in heat. This inability to withdraw can become quite distressing as the animals fight, howl, scream and yelp, trying all sorts of painful positions in order to liberate the dog's penis from the bitch's orifice.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs were originally created by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles and analogies for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that) and represented Chinese society many thousands of years ago, and not as a written or spoken language. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system. Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is! Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? And now, there is a cover-up. No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect.
