A「flow」that is being「pulled along」to mean LEAK or, an INVOLUNTARY BODILY DISCHARGE as one being not entirely under one's control (well, sometimes not under one's control).「Fluids flowing and tonguing mouth with penis head inserted」may at times LEAK, VENT, RELEASE, DISCHARGE with no further explanation necessary. Notably, swapping out the「fluids flowing」element and replacing it with「emerging shafts」creates the glyph meaning 'heaven, heavenly' (䒶).
More to the point perhaps is that the right element is likely a depiction of「dragging a dog (or penis) away from a bitch in heat (or an orifice whilst plugging it)」and so the「liquid」here is truly LEAKAGE of bodily fluids, be they saliva, mucus, semen, blood, fecal slurry, urine, or what have you: to DRAW OUT OF or FROM. Variant of 泄,「fluid flow of the ages, life, the world, society, generations, thirty or so.」
Canine males, the「dogs」are endowed with a very special penis, equipped with two glands located at the base of the shaft that engorge and harden upon erection, normally after penetration into the bitch's vaginal orifice. These locking bulbus glandis swell large enough to prevent the penis from being extracted from the bitch's vagina for quite some time, normally ten to fifteen minutes, or an hour in some cases, to allow the dog's semen sufficient time to get enough of a head start toward the bitch's ova that the male might actually sire some pups, rather than the next dick dog waiting to mount any bitch in heat. This inability to withdraw can become quite distressing as the animals fight, howl, scream and yelp, trying all sorts of painful positions in order to liberate the dog's penis from the bitch's orifice, hence there may be a need at times to DRAW OUT OF, to DRAG AWAY and forcibly separate the dog from the bitch, and that may cause some LEAKAGE OF BODILY FLUIDS.

Always keep in mind that these glyphs most likely were originally designed by groups of clever old men as vulgar riddles for their own entertainment (see 籒 for that), representing Chinese society many thousands of years ago, but intended NOT as a written or spoken language when created. If these glyphs had been intended for language use, the sages could not have possibly designed a worse system! Is it truly possible that all these glyphs started out as off-color jokes and puzzles? Yes! It is, and often with multiple correct answers to each riddle, the same as is true today. Sex had no shame in ancient China. Why would it? But, have there been necessary rewrites and altered explanations of the original elemental meanings over the centuries?

No one is suggesting these glyphs depict contemporary life in China, Japan, or anywhere else. This site describes glyph meanings, not people. These glyphs however, describe many and various things, including people, long before there were any notions of becoming politically incorrect. The question to be answered is, should these glyphs continue being used, by anyone, anywhere, for expressing language? (More...)
