MOTHER-OF-PEARL is the English term to describe the iridescent inner side of abalone and oyster shells lined with nacre, a material composed of calcium carbonate created by mollusks to protect their soft interior tissue. Both「king with symptoms of infection」and「array of sacrificed meat」「array of infection shit」describes the same sort of slimy layer that that coats the inner side of garments during a gonorrhea infection that would likely have spread throughout his harem, also.
